crusades

On September11, 2001, four jet aircraft were hijacked from three different cities in the U.S. They then crashed hit the WTC Towers, the Pentagon and the White House’s Capitol Building. Bush’s use of the word crusades worried and outraged the people because, the people were afraid that the war on terror would be against more people than the ones responsible for the September 11th attacks.
It is a bad idea to compare the current war to the crusades because; it will lead to prejudice and war against all Muslims. That is not what America stands for. The groups of people fighting in the original crusades were Muslims and Catholics.
